Junior Sales Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking to expand our existing sales team for the distribution of our B2B software DRWN AI. We offer an exciting environment in the world of digital marketing and the future-oriented field of "AI marketing technology," as well as a product whose added value is apparent after just a few sentences.

Your tasks:

  • Proactive, needs-based contact with marketing managers from companies in our target group
  • Qualifying and following up on incoming leads (e.g., from trade shows, webinars, contact form inquiries)
  • Brief presentation of the company and the product in video calls
  • Pre-qualifying leads for in-depth consultations with our account management team
  • Close conceptual collaboration with the existing sales team and management

What you bring to the table:

  • Must have:
    • Proven experience in sales, especially in the B2B sector
    • Willingness to proactively contact ICP contacts
    • Communication skills paired with assertiveness and a winning demeanor
    • Technological affinity and interest in online marketing
    • Structured, independent way of working
    • Very good German and English skills
  • Nice-to-have (but not a deal breaker):
    • Experience with Hubspot 
    • Knowledge of AI/adtech or product marketing
