Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

We offer an exciting environment in the world of digital marketing, where you will have the opportunity to develop innovative solutions and play a key role in building the brand of an innovative product.

Your responsibilities:

  • A. Strategic marketing (approx. 40%)
    • Developing marketing strategies to position our SaaS product DRWN AI in the enterprise environment
    • Identifying relevant target groups, buying centers, and growth levers
    • Close collaboration with sales, product, and management (SaaS GTMs, messaging, funnel architecture)
    • Building a scalable lead generation system for long-term sales cycles in B2B SaaS
  • B. Operational marketing (approx. 60%)
    • Planning, implementation, and optimization of online marketing measures (paid social, paid search, content distribution, email nurturing, web presence)
    • Creation of marketing materials (landing pages, case studies, white papers, pitch documents)
    • Maintenance and further development of our website and management of external service providers
    • KPI monitoring, reporting, and derivation of concrete measures

What you bring to the table:

  • Must have:
    • Professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally SaaS/enterprise/tech
    • A knack for operational campaigning AND strategic vision
    • Familiarity with performance channels, lead nurturing, and marketing automation
    • Structured, independent way of working
    • Very good German and English skills
  • Nice-to-have (but not a deal breaker):
    • Experience with longer enterprise sales cycles
    • Knowledge of AI/adtech or product marketing
    • Ability to translate complex technical products into easily understandable messages
